Inbound I-Doc Creation Steps:
  1. Segment Creation - WE31
    1. Perform Edit -> set release do release the created segment
  2. I-Doc Type / Basic Type Creation - WE30
    1. Create I-Doc Type, choose the name, click create segment, add segment. Choose same level or lower level for sub-segments.
    2. Perform Edit -> set release do release the created segment
  3. Message Type Creation - WE81
    1. Create Message Type and give description
  4. Assign Message Type to Basic I-Doc type - WE82
  5. Create Function Group and Function Module
  6. Assignment of I-Doc Type to Message Type and Function Module - WE57
    1. Direction of I-Doc will be set here. 2 for Inbound and 1 for outbound
  7. Register Inbound Function Module in BD51 for configuring Inbound Process Code
    1. Input type -0, 1 and 2. 0 - Mass Processing; 1 - Individual Input; 2 - Individual Input with Lock in call transaction
  8. WE42 - Inbound Process Code Creation
    1. Process Code is used to determine Process Type
  9. BD67 - Link Process Code to Function Module
    1. We will give our Custom Function Module and other parameters like Start Event, End Event, etc.
  10. Distribution Model Creation - BD64 
    1. Create Model View
    2. Add Sender, Receiver and Message Type
    3. Distribution model is needed if communication takes place in between PI and R/3 System.

Outbound 01 02

Outbound I-Doc Error - 02 - Error passing data to port - For reprocessing, correct the error and execute program RSEOUT00.
I-Doc Re-processing:

 WE19 - Create new I-Doc for re-processing
BD87 - Reprocess same I-Doc.

Program RBDMANI2 - Reprocess Status 51 I-Docs - BG Program is created with a variant of this Program.
